Course Description
The MSc Accounting offers students an in-depth and scientific understanding of financial and management accounting as well as corporate financial reporting and related issues. At the start of the academic year, students need to choose between the two different tracks they offer, namely the Accountancy Track and the Accounting Track.
Admission requirments
FEB bachelors
If you have an FEB Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business or Business Studies including the courses Intermediate Management Accounting and either Intermediate Financial Accounting or Comparative Financial Accounting you will have direct access to the Master's programme in Accounting. If you have an FEB bachelor degree in Informatiemanagement you can also be admitted to this programme if you have the additional courses Financiering 2, Accounting 2, Intermediate Financial Management and Intermediate Management Accounting.
Also, if you have finished your premaster in Accounting, you can enter into the Master's programme in Accounting.
University bachelors in Business
In order to have access to the Master's programme in Accounting, you need a solid basis in the following areas:

  • Mathematics and Statistics (18 ECTS)
  • Academic Training (24 ECTS)
  • Economics (12 ECTS)
  • Management or Marketing (12 ECTS)
  • Finance (12 ECTS)
  • Accounting (24 ECTS)
