Course Description
The master programme International Accounting and Taxation provides students with a comprehensive qualification and education which will enable them to act confidently and responsibly as consultants and/or managers. Therefore language courses, ethical and intercultural contents are important study contents and great importance is attached to having a significant percentage of international students as daily partners in communication. The feedback we are receiving from our graduates and their employers is very positive: they tell us that they were well prepared for the start and that their employers took notice of the qualifications they had acquired in the master programme.
Requirements for entrance:
- A domestic or foreign academic study (degree, for example "Diplom" or "Bachelor") of business management or a comparable study with at least the overall average grade “B”.
- Good knowledge of German. This knowledge has to be documented by the successful allocation of the “Deutsche Sprachprüfung für den Hochschulzugang (DSH)” or equivalent courses. Excepted are students speaking German as mother tongue or foreign students having already graduated in Germany. The certificate can be hand in during the first semester.
- Good knowledge in English. This knowledge has to be documented by the successful allocation of the TOEFL (at least 83 points internet-based) or equivalent courses (euorpean frame level B2). Excepted are students speaking English or students having already graduated in an anglophone country. The certificate can be hand in during the first semester.
