Educational requirements: BSc degree in agriculture, rural development or related studies.

Professional experience required: 2-4 years working experience.

Language requirements: Non-native English speakers, who did not take secondary education in English, are requested to prove their English proficiency TOEFL 550 IELTS 6.0.

Other requirements: Basic computer skills, basic knowledge of statistical analysis.

Objectives: Translate opportunities in the agricultural sector into approaches and policies; translate agricultural policies and approaches into operational programmes; formulate and manage a project / organisation for agricultural production and rural development; apply manageable and feasible solutions for organisational problems; network with government and non government organisations.

Subjects: Organisational and institutional analysis and management; agricultural systems and economics; project management; trade; research methodology and thesis research,; agricultural development management.

Modes of instruction: Competence-based learning through case studies, projects, role-play, simulations, practical assignments, and lectures.
