Educational requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Professional experience required: Preferably 3 years of work (academic) experience.
Language requirements: TOEFL (minimum score: 550); IELTS (minimum score: 6.0)
Other requirements: Evidence of sufficient command of English language and basic computer skills.
Objectives: This specialisation develops skills and knowledge to assess, design and implement policies, programmes and projects for housing delivery, particularly to low-income families. The programme builds the participants’ understanding on housing sector and housing delivery processes in different settings.
Subjects: The core of the master analyses urban development challenges and management solutions to make cities work. The specialisation focuses on the functioning of the housing sector; housing policies; housing finance; land development; projects settlement; planning and property management.
Modes of instruction: Participants will conduct their research and write their thesis – non-compulsory in their home country - within the 'Housing making it accessible for all' specialisation.
