Objectives: The post-Master programme ADMS is a subsidized two-year design course for university graduates to develop competencies in process design and design management. Graduates will be able to model design processes of large, complex building and construction projects as well as to manage the design teams of these projects.
Subjects: Architectural design management; design theory and design methods; strategy, design and control of design processes; time management; quality management; cost management; information management in the building industry; negotiation methods; public, private and building law; building process analyses; European building processes.
Modes of instruction: Lectures, workshops, projects, excursions, design projects.
