Educational requirements: BSc or BE first class in chemical engineering/chemical technology.
Professional experience required: Professional experience may shorten the individual programme.
Language requirements: TOEFL (minimum score: 550 or 213 or 80); IELTS (minimum score: 6.0)
Objectives: Ability to judge societal implications of developments in chemical engineering. Ability to acquire correct methodology in design and research. Independent judgement of design processes and products. Trained in choice and use of tools and techniques, including modeling. Ability to structure team work, to communicate well orally and written to society and experts.
Subjects: Subjects enable to specialize in two main fields: process technology; chemistry and technology of materials.
Modes of instruction: Courses, computer-assisted education, individual tutoring, individual practical assignment, company visits and internship, training in oral and written communication and information technology, thesis project.
