About the programme

The MSc Biology Program (MBI) is a two year program, which comprises of 120 credits (ECTS).  The program consists of various courses, an internship and a research thesis which are carried out within one of the 4 specializations.

Future career

Biology is a very broad field and biologists are therefore suited for jobs at different areas. That can be in the direction of your own unique specialization, but perhaps also on another biological or non-biological function. Admission Requirements:

Specific requirements for a MSc in Biology

You have obtained a BSc degree (or equivalent) in a field of science relevant to the MSc Biology program:

• Unconditional admission with regard to content: With a BSc biology degree at a Dutch University. (The general requirements of Wageningen University should still be met)
• Possible admission: With a BSc at WUR or a bachelor at a Dutch HBO.
• International students admission: depends on their previous education.
