- Medical Imaging and Image Processing
- Information and Communication Systems in Medicine
- FDA Approval and Quality Assurance
- Applied biomedical engineering and medical research
- Micro-Electro-Mechanical Sytems in Medicine
- Cellular and Molecular Engineering
- Biomaterials and Tissue Engineering
- Project work and Master's thesis
