Educational requirements: BSc in biology, with a component of at least 15 ECTS on level 3 (third year courses) in plant biology.
Language requirements: TOEFL (minimum score: 580 (paper test) or 237 (computer test).); IELTS (minimum score: 6.5. (6.0 for the writing module).), Cambridge EFL Advanced English: B; Cambridge EFL Proficiency in English: C.
Other requirements: Additional entrance requirements may be requested by the admissions committee.
Objectives: Master students will be able to solve fundamental and applied plant biological problems, using the most modern experimental and mathematical methods and techniques.
Subjects: Research training (60 weeks); theoretical courses (20 weeks); molecular plant physiology and biotechnology; plants in their environment; evolutionary biology; ecology of plant communities and landscapes; advanced botanical palaeo ecology.
Modes of instruction: Lectures, internships, practical training.
