About the programme

Beginning with the 2009/2010 Winter Semester, a new master course of studies, Analytical and Bioanalytical Chemistry, is offered at Aalen University. Building on a bachelor’s degree, chemistry students can attain the degree of Master of Science in three semesters (including master’s thesis). Deepened knowledge of analytical chemistry with a focus on biological uses will be provided.

A master’s degree in Analytical and Bioanalytical Chemistry provides comprehensive knowledge in:

These areas are supplemented through immersion in other chemical subjects, including spectroscopy. An individualised concentration in an area is possible through elective courses.
