About the programme

The aim of the bachelor program AIB General computer science is to allow a broad based training to graduates every opportunity open for future professional development. The course covers the basics of computer science, software implementation and software engineering. It covers all major areas of computer science and theoretical, applied, economic and technical characteristics. The core of the study is the methodology of the design and creation of application systems in commercial and technical-scientific sector.

Module Catalogue AIB

The individual modules are each composed of different types of courses: lecture, seminar, workshop and guided independent work of students.

• Lecture: Here the theoretical foundations are discussed.
• Seminar: The students work independently on a topic and present their results. They are based largely on original literature.
• Workshop: The students work in small teams, more complex issues, and the results may be in the prototype development, feasibility studies and the like.
