This course aims to meet the growing demand for specialists with an in-depth understanding of how information systems technology adds value to established enterprises, and even creates entirely new enterprises.
The course deals with a range of performance management systems issues. These cover customer relationship management, supply chain and financial planning systems, business process engineering and the underlying data warehouse design, multidimensional data models, database management architectures and ETL (extraction, transformation and loading of data). They also cover enterprise resource planning issues and consider the effect of automated business performance management and compliance across the enterprise.
