Cultural and Social Anthropology: University of Vienna

The aim:

• a specialist, cultural and sociological academic-oriented professional training;
• a solid and broad knowledge placement in the general core fields of cultural and social anthropology;
• the teaching of basics of a first regional specialization;
• the teaching of practical competence for the identification and resolution of problems through the thematic introduction to the key areas (such as security and peacekeeping, migration and development cooperation, visual or medical anthropology, etc.);

180 ECTS points, 30 no study period, 30 basic phase, 60 construction phase, 30 deepening phase and 30 from enlargement curricula;
