Educational requirements: 3 years of training at BSc level in a soil related field.

Professional experience required: Professional experience is not required, previous work experience is however also considered.

Language requirements: TOEFL (minimum score: 550 paper based, 213 computer based); IELTS (minimum score: 6.0)

Other requirements: Basic computer skills.

Objectives: Participants will be able to solve complex soil quality problems within a framework of sustainable development. They can define and monitor personal goals.

Subjects: Sustainable development; soil quality and management; modelling; land investigation; soil quality investigation and risk assessment; GIS and spatial planning; research methodology and statistics; resolving conflicting interests in soil quality issues.

Modes of instruction: Lectures, practical assignments, computer labs, internship.
