General information
The Master’s degree programme in International Economics and Business (IE&B) is a high-quality programme that prepares students for an international career in the private or public sectors. Students study a wide range of interesting topics at an advanced level, ranging from international trade and investment to the consequences of globalization for strategic decision-making in multinational enterprises, and the socio-economic and institutional differences between countries.
Career prospects
Students are trained to become extremely versatile economists with a strong international profile. The MSc opens a wide range of doors into the labour market. Here are a number of examples of jobs that graduates not only can do, but are actually doing: International market analyst; International money expert, International trade expert, and International acquisition manager.
Admission requirments
Bachelor’s degree in Economics or a related field.

- a computer-based (CBT) TOEFL score of 237
- a paper-based (PBT) TOEFL score of 580
- an IELTS score of 6.5
- Cambridge Proficiency A, B, C and Cambridge Advanced English (CAE)
- grade C1/C2 on the written and oral parts of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) English test
