This programme is run by the Tinbergen Institute. The Tinbergen Institute is a research school, set up by the economics faculties of VU University Amsterdam, Erasmus University Rotterdam, and the University of Amsterdam. The Institute was founded in 1987 and named after Professor Jan Tinbergen, Dutch Nobel Prize laureate in economics in 1969. The Tinbergen Institute is located in Amsterdam and Rotterdam.
