Course details

This course is designed to enable these professionals to build on their initial qualification in clinical education by developing a further understanding of inter-professional learning and teaching in health services, of curriculum design for clinical settings, and of research in learning and teaching. The course is multi-professional with awards at PGDip and masters level.

Career and progression opportunities

This proposal offers health professionals a number of modules that will underpin their practice as educators in clinical settings. These modules seek to advance the practice of inter-professional learning and teaching and contribute to the delivery of the NHS Modernisation Agenda and Plan.

Entry requirements

For non-native speakers of English: 7 overall and 7 in writing.
Degree and/or experience: Open to all senior health care professionals who have a teaching role in clinical settings. Participants must have an appropriate PGCert related to clinical education.
