Description
This MSc(Ed) route will combine the study of Physics with examination of selected issues from the education programme. As well as updating your academic knowledge in the Faculty of Science and/or studying new fields in appropriate subject areas, you will follow appropriate units from the MA (Ed) programme; enhancing your knowledge and understanding of educational theory and its application The course can be tailored to the individual professional circumstances of students.
There is a continuing high level of interest in physics issues and the means of communicating them to a wide variety of audiences. The course aims to provide you with theoretical and research-based evidence to extend your understanding and help you develop your own personal perspective on physics education.
Entry Requirements
Students require a physics or physics-related degree (normally 2.1 or above), normally with some teaching experience.
