The electrical engineering course focuses on electrical power engineering but also covers methods of measurement and instrumentation and open- and closed-loop control, though not as extensively as in the automation technology course. In the last two semesters students focus on electrical machines and electric drive generation, transmission and distribution of electric power, photovoltaics and renewable energy systems.
