The Systems Engineering programme aims to provide graduates with greater technological understanding and improved management skills. These are essential to resolve engineering, technological and organisational issues in the area of complex systems widely found in business and industry.
The programme is intended for project managers, engineers and scientists who wish to broaden their career prospects.
Furthermore the Master's degree offers graduates the option of enrolling in a Ph.D. programme at other universities.
The programme aims to qualify students to plan, design and integrate complex systems solutions, teaching an effective combination of knowledge and skills in various technical, economic and scientific disciplines.
Students will learn how to analyse, design and test complex systems and become familiar with methods and tools such as project management, quality management, configuration management and work techniques. In addition, economic and social aspects will be covered.
In combination with their previous studies, graduates will be able to manage processes and solve system design problems of high complexity.
