Guest of Honour: Paul Kirkman, Head of Arts, Department for Culture, Media and Sport

This timely seminar follows on from November's Westminster Education Forum Keynote Seminar: The next steps for young people's cultural education and will provide an early opportunity to hear responses to Darren Henley's Independent Review of Cultural Education as the Government develops its policy in light of the Review's recommendations.

Bringing together key policymakers and stakeholders from across the arts and education sectors, we expect sessions will consider the potential impact of the Review's recommendations for schools and creative learning providers as well as the role for museums, theatres, heritage sites and other cultural centres in providing a rounded set of cultural opportunities for all young people.
