The MIF introduces you to cutting-edge developments in international corporate finance, banking, and asset management. The course curriculum aims to prepare students for a professional rather than an academic career. Nevertheless, high academic standards are maintained and students are introduced to the most recent research in the respective areas. At the same time, experts from the financial services industry are regularly involved in the development of the courses and as guest lecturers, thus guaranteeing that the curriculum has a high degree of practical relevance.
The typical MIF graduate will embark on a career in areas where a thorough understanding of the complexities of international finance and business is essential, such as international financial institutions, multinationals, consultancy firms, and banks.
Bachelor or Master degree: Applicants are required to hold a recognized Bachelor's or Master's degree. They require a minimum GMAT score of around 630 and a minimum analytical writing score of around 4.0. The required minimum GRE score is around 650 (quantitative) and around 4.0 for analytical writing (the combined score should be 1200 or higher).
