Educational requirements: BSc in Health Sciences or a related discipline.

Language requirements: TOEFL (minimum score: Minimum scores is 80 (internet based TOEFL) ); IELTS (minimum score: Overall band score of 6.0 is required)

Objectives: The focus of Health Sciences is on the quality of health care in society. The programme specifically focuses on the role of public health, organization and medical technology in accomplishing a higher quality of care in society. More in particular the Master's degree programme uses both a policy and organizational perspective in dealing with the role of technology.

Subjects: Behavioural aspects of quality in healthcare; health and health systems; organizational aspects of applying medical technology; advanced methods and techniques in health care research; effective health care technology. Choice of projects: management of technology in health care or technology policy in health care. Methodology, master's thesis.

Modes of instruction: Lectures (including guest lectures), seminars (including presentations by teachers and students), block seminars, 1-4-day conferences with lectures and presentations, excursions, distance learning facilities to support standard teaching methods.
