The English-language programme is designed for both Dutch and international students, with an interest in general historical issues, intercultural comparisons and interdisciplinary methods, and also aims to promote intercultural teamwork.
Programme graduates are knowledgeable of comparative research, analyses and methodologies and have experience in working with people of different nationalities in an English-language environment, ensuring good employment prospects. Graduates will be eligible for positions in both commercial and government organisations.
Educational requirements: BA in history, BA in the humanities with a minor in history, or an equivalent degree to the satisfaction of the admissions committee.
Language requirements: TOEFL (minimum score: 580 (paper test) 237 (computer test).); IELTS (minimum score: 6.5 (6.0 for the writing module).), Cambridge EFL Advanced English: B; Cambridge EFL Proficiency in English: C.
