Course details

As one of the most established and internationally recognised courses available, this degree is renowned for teaching excellence, student achievement and graduate success. It is designed, and regularly reviewed, in consultation with industry, and covers the academic elements of the hospitality industry alongside management studies, ensuring that graduates are equipped with the knowledge and skills required by industry.

Career and progression opportunities

Currently more than 95 percent of their graduates are employed within six months of graduation. Recent graduates include management trainees for luxury international hotels and corporate hospitality at Lords Cricket Ground. Several graduates now hold very senior management positions within the industry whilst a large number run their own businesses, including restaurants, bespoke event planning and catering, and city centre nightclubs.

Entry requirements

For non-native speakers of English: IELTS 6.0 overall, 6.0 in writing (or equivalent qualification).
