BA(Hons) Business Studies with Human Resource Management (HRM) has been designed to combine a comprehensive business education with the opportunity to specialise and focus on a variety of issues directly related to HRM and Employment Relations. This degree will enable you to either pursue a career in HRM or to use your in-depth HRM knowledge working in a broader business field.
During your first year you will study six modules per year, each one beginning in September and ending with a final assessment in May/June. In your second year you will study six compulsory modules and in your final year you will study five compulsory modules. Before you start an undergraduate degree at Bristol Business School you will receive further subject information shortly before the beginning of term.

This degree will enable you either to pursue a career in HRM or to use your in-depth HRM knowledge working in a broader business field. HRM skills are required in all aspects of business and this degree will ensure that you can start your first job already equipped with these skills.
English Language requirements: All students will have a recognised English Language qualification of at least GCSE grade C or an equivalent such as the British Council's International English Language Test (IELTS) grade 6.0.
