The main objective of the programme is to convey a sound and specialist knowledge of European public and private management. The course consists of ten modules providing students with an interdisciplinary approach to key factors of European integration. The main topics to be covered are: the institutional system of the EU, EU economic integration and business in the EU, management systems in the EU and the management of European funds, European business law, policy-making in the EU as well as the EU in an international dimension. The modules are divided between lectures and seminars. Lectures provide a thorough grounding in the essentials of European business and management, policies and law. In the seminars, students will develop specialist knowledge on a variety of topics including "Theories of Integration", "Competition policy in the EU", "Social Policies in the EU", "International Teamwork" or "Doing Business in the EU".
