The main focus of this programme are:

Internet Networks and Protocols (Internet Protocols and Applications, IP Based Networks and Protocols, Wireless Access Technology)

Communications and Components (Data Transmission, Optical Communications and Waveguides and Advanced Signal Processing).

The first semester is devoted to Communications and Components. In order to preprare their graduates for work in a multicultural and international corporate environment they also offer German / English classes, management classes and units on Intercultural Competence.

During the second semester the main focus is on IP Based Networks and Protocols. Students can also choose technical options such as Object Oriented Programming, Biometrics, Digital Audio and Video Production. Most students do an internship (up to 3 months in a company).

The last semester is devoted to a project leading to a master thesis. They encourage projects done in cooperation with the industry.
