The course will address a broad variety of aspects related to children in law from a comparative perspective. It will also include comparative methodology in law. Furthermore, international children's human rights will be discussed.
Students will be able to advise children and families on issues of child and family law from an international and a comparative perspective. They will be able to take positions which require intercultural competence.
