Objectives: Students are trained to be generalists equipped with skills in internationalized legal world. The program’s goal is to address global challenges that increasingly determine the development of EU law and the specific contributions EU law makes in regulating world economy. Maastricht University and Warwick School of Law are internationally-oriented and known for their problem oriented teaching.
Subjects: The program provides a thorough understanding of the EU law in the world Economy. Examples of modules: Foundations of EU Law; European Internal Market Law; European Competition Law; EU regulation of external trade; Law and policy of the European Social Model; Intellectual Property Law and Policy; International Environmental Law.
Modes of instruction: Problem-oriented learning.
