About the programme

The Postgraduate Study Programme in IT-Law and IP-Law is a one-year course of studies. After the successful completion of the course, students are awarded the academic degree ‘Master of Laws (LL.M)’. The course is offered within the European Legal Informatics Study Programme (EULISP) at the Faculty of Law at Leibniz University Hanover. Eleven partner universities are participating in EULISP. The Institute of Legal Informatics is in charge of the course of studies, which constitutes the first German postgraduate course of studies in this subject area.
