The LLM in International Business Law and Globalisation provides in-depth training in business law within a framework of corporate social responsibility. Under the guidance of leading academics, many of whom also work as corporate lawyers, you cover subjects as varied as international investment law, mergers and acquisitions and international arbitration. You also have the opportunity to examine current political and legal issues concerning economic development, investigate ethical business standards, and learn how to transform theoretical knowledge of corporate social responsibility into daily legal reality.
