The course develops your knowledge of the operation of the venture capital market and of the regulation of both practitioners and transactions; they also enhance your skills relevant to this specialist area of practice, including those employed in appraising business structures and the choice of finance for them.

Full Time Programme
The full-time programme is provided over 12-months beginning in September and ending in August. On exceptional basis, students may be admitted for January intake. Inclusive in the Course fee, participants attend one residential weekend per term in the first year in a prestigious environment, the Latimer Conference Centre. Part Time Programme
The part-time Masters course is designed for people who are in full-time employment. They attend lectures and seminars scheduled for evenings over a period of two years. The course is ideal for those who live and work within commuting distance of the School of Law in central London. The LLM Programme is not available on a distance learning basis
The course will be of benefit to those who seek to work in any of the range of disciplines involved in corporate finance law including corporate finance, corporate law, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, corporate banking, accountancy, as well as in related fields.
