This Diploma has been designed for housing and advice professionals, those working in women’s aid or interested in housing law and policy. The course covers a range of areas including: tenancy law, legal methods, landlord’s obligations and violence in the home.
Students who do not wish to complete the Diploma can opt to take specialist pathways, which will lead to a Postgraduate Certificate. Pathways include Violence in the Home and Housing Law and Policy.
Students who achieve an average of 60% throughout the Diploma course may, after interview, undertake a 12,000 -15,000 word dissertation to complete a Masters. The award of the MA involves one further year of part-time study.
