The study duration of the degree programme Bachelor in General Management that leads to the academic qualification Bachelor of Science (BSc) in General Management is 6 semesters, with at least one semester spent abroad at one of EBS 150 partner universities.

During the programme students acquire 210 ECTS for courses attended both at EBS and the partner university abroad, and for the 10-week work placements. 30 ECTS are dedicated to the study track where student's acquire round knowledge in a  discipline related to General Management. 210 ECTS credits for a three-year programme is to date unique in Germany and reflects at least in part the high quality and intensity of the EBS degree programme.

Graduates from the Bachelor's programme have the opportunity to enrol for one of the three-semester consecutive Master's programmes offered at EBS. This results in an overall study duration of 4½ instead of the usual 5 years for the entire Bachelor's and Master's degree programme at EBS.
