If your ambitions lie in the world arena, you need that extra international perspective. Our International Business and Management Studies (IBMS) programme is different to the others, because they offer the curriculum - in English – to an international multi-cultural group of students.
The wide range of course content covers all of the subjects that relate to business. You have the freedom to follow your own interests. With a strong grounding in traditional economics, they cover vital areas – marketing, sales, finance and management – all with a view to working in international trade and commerce.
If you have a non-Dutch diploma
They’ll need to assess your secondary school certificate, before they decide on your eligibility.
English language skills
In case you do not hold an English secondary school diploma (diploma granted in a non EEA country) or you have not taken English as an exam subject (diploma granted in the EEA) prior to your enrolment for an English Bachelor programme, you must show an IELTS or TOEFL test. Contrary to what Studielink tells you, you have to register for this test yourself.
Scores
The minimum overall band score for the IELTS test (academic version) for all English Bachelor programmes is a 6.0. For the TOEFL test a minimum score of 550 (paper based version), 213 (computer based version) or 80 (internet based version) is required. An IELTS or TOEFL test is valid for two years. The test must be valid at the start of the academic year.
