Course Description

MSc in Business Administration is designed for recent business bachelor graduates with an interest in the people within organisations and an ambition to acquire an in-depth understanding of current Human Resource Management (HRM) practices.

The programme will provide you with an in-depth understanding of how to improve Human Resource Management practices and integrate them with company strategy, taking into account the latest insights from empirical research.
