Course description
This is a four year BSc degree programme in which you spend a full academic year studying management (in English) in a Management or Business school in Europe, the Far East or Australia.
In your first year, you are given a general grounding in the key disciplines underpinning management (including accounting and finance, economics, law, mathematics. psychology and sociology). In the subsequent years, employment studies, marketing and operations or technology management can also be studied. You are given the opportunity to specialise in international issues through courses designed to develop an appreciation of differences between institutions and cultures across nations.
In your year abroad, you take a full programme of courses taught in English in your host institution alongside home students. You then return to Manchester for your final year, in which a range of specialised international options across all of the key disciplines is available.
In your second year, you are informed of your exchange destination for your third year, chosen from leading management schools with excellent reputations.
