Course Description

The programme investigates how organisations gain competitive advantage through innovation, and by developing and exploiting innovative products, services, processes and distribution systems.

The demand for innovation, and for experts in the field of innovation, is stronger than ever. RSM’s MScBA Management of Innovation will equip you to meet this demand with theoretical and practical expertise combining insights from marketing, strategy, supply chain management, project management and business process management.

The focus is on managing the process of developing and commercialising new knowledge, new products and new services. The programme covers every element involved in bringing a new product or service to market, from brainstorming to product launch, and from internal management of research and development to long-term innovation strategies.
