Master of Business Administration: University of Applied Sciences Stralsund

The programme is designed to meet the needs of the international business environment. In two semester participants will gain new expertise as well as deepen their knowledge of the business world. Special emphasis is put on general questions of international management. New management topics like Corporate Governance, Business Intelligence and Environment and Energy will enable participants to gain new perspectives. The programme offers two routes of specialisation:

1. International Leisure and Tourism Management
2. International Strategic Management

Apart from the professional qualification special focus is laid on acquiring further key skills known as soft skills. For this reason we have incorporated cultural and social expertise into our programme.

Practice-oriented classes, lectures given by experts from the business world and company visits as compulsory elements of the programme are intended to help us achieve our objectives.

A particular highlight is our annual excursion to New York City or to other top destinations. The stay comprises seminars at our partner university and visits to leading companies and institutions. This combination of theory and practice is typical of MBA programmes.

After one year of intensive study participants will be awarded the degree of Master of Business Administration (MBA).
