Students obtain knowledge in all important steps in the food chain, from production to quality control.
They acquire interdisciplinary, solutions-based skills and will be able to meet the demands faced by employees at all levels in both the public and private sector.

The seven compulsory modules and the Organic Food Chain Project usually taken in the first and second semesters are:
