Course Description

The aim of this Master study path is to train students to perform efficiently at the interdisciplinary interfaces of technology and business administration. This aim is reflected in the titles of the degree which successful students will be awarded after 4 semesters of study:

Master of Science in Production Management

All students have considerable freedom of choice to set the priorities which they think will be most useful for their future careers. The program is modular in structure and elective subjects account for approximately 50% of the required content. There is a large selection of formal lectures, seminars, tutorials and workshops in the business administration, management and technical areas.

Language courses and workshops to maximize social interaction and soft skills are also available for all MSc. course participants.

ApAdmission requirements

• First degree in business or technology with a minimum grade average of 2.5, very good command of German and English, for the double degree programme also French
• Degree in a study programme of at least 3 years (6 semesters), usually BSc or Diplom, in a related field of study with better than average results
• International applicants must prove sufficient knowledge of German (verified results of a language test, e.g. DSH)
• All applicants must have good working knowledge of English (to be proved e.g. by TOEFL test, other language tests or proof of a sufficient period of time spent in an English speaking country)
