Track Human Resource Management: University of Twente

Educational requirements: BSc in Business Administration or a related field.

Language requirements: TOEFL (minimum score: Minimum scores is 80 (internet based TOEFL) ); IELTS (minimum score: Overall band score of 6.0 is required)

Objectives: The goal of this programme is firstly to offer knowledge of complex business problems within the chosen area of specialization. Second to develop the ability to contribute to solutions of complex business problems, based on scientific methods and insights.

Subjects: Organization theory and operations management; accounting finance and management; human resource management and organizational change; strategy and external environment; design of technology work and organization; management of competencies and careers; master class human resource management; methodology; master thesis.

Modes of instruction: Lectures, seminars (including presentations by teachers and students), block seminars, distance learning facilities to support standard teaching methods, internship.
