Objectives: The goal of this programme is firstly to offer knowledge of complex business problems within the chosen area of specialisation. Secondly to develop the ability to contribute to solutions of complex business problems, based on scientific methods and insights.

Subjects: Organization theory and operations management; human resource management and organizational change; accounting finance and management; strategy and external environment; introduction to managing service organizations; professional service provision; masterclass service management. methodology and master's thesis.

Modes of instruction: Lectures, seminars (including presentations by teachers and students), block seminars, distance learning facilities to support standard teaching methods, internship.
