Course Description
This programme provides postgraduate instruction in the theory and methods of social statistics for students whose interests lie in the collection and analysis of quantitative social science data.
This programme offers vocational training for professional social statisticians. It is suitable if your interests lie in the collection and analysis of quantitative social science data. The programme is recognised by the ESRC as satisfying postgraduate training course requirements. You register initially on the PG Dip and, depending on your success and requirements, can continue to work towards the MSc. The pathway meets the training needs of postgraduate researchers in social statistics methodology.
