TU Delft's MSc Programme in Design for Interaction focuses on the way in which people and products interact. The goal of the programme is to educate designers in such a manner that they will acquire a profound understanding of what people do with products and expect from the products they use in everyday life. It aims to produce graduates who are able to design products appropriate to users’ needs and expectations.
The programme prepares graduates for positions as product designers, interaction designers, R&D specialists, and usability consultants, as well as for design-centred research activities. Graduates of the programme have been hired in recent years by companies such as Philips, Vodafone, HP, Microsoft, TomTom, Océ, and many smaller firms, and by design and market research agencies.
