The ENWAT programme itself aims to thoroughly prepare you, as a doctoral candidate, for your dissertation research through classes and workshops taught by faculty or guest lecturers. The participation in a seminar where research progress is discussed with all ENWAT doctoral students and supervisors is mandatory and is taken place twice a year. Additionally the recruiting of a co-advisor, as well as the preparation of a research proposal and framework should be undertaken in an early stage within the programme.
