About the programme
The aim of the Master’s program as a second professional qualification in the field of Fishery Science and Aquaculture is to prepare the student for the profession or to lay the basis for a doctorate.
On successful completion of the pro-gram, the students are capable of making a relevant contribution to guaranteeing nutri-tion and the protection of natural resources. They are able to combine their special knowledge of fishery science and aquacul-ture with their knowledge of livestock sci-ence and other related branches from an interdisciplinary point of view.
