About the programme

The Optometry Master (M.Sc.) in Vision Science and Business was first offered in 2002. In 2010 there will be the 5th intake of master students. The courses taught in the program by experts both locally and internationally. Completing of the degree program can offer you attractive vocational opportunities.

The "Master of Science in Vision Science and Business" degree program offers a broad range of study modules to choose from in optometric curriculum. A large part of the Vision Science courses are taught by professors from renowned U.S. optometric institutions

Career opportunity

Graduates without a university degree (state-certified optometrists) receive certification of successful participation on the course. Those wishing to receive a master’s degree should consult with the departmental advisors.

With the additional competences they have gained, their graduates are fully prepared for the future challenges in optometry and optics. Intensive modules such as vision therapy, pediatric optometry and sports vision allow you to sharpen your profile further.
