Profile:

• The objective of the Gender Studies master's degree is to convey the historical and sociocultural impact of gender power structures as well as the confrontation with designs to redesign of political and economic gender relations.

The following key skills should be taught:

• Ability to critical analysis
• Insight into the possibility of designing forms of social organization
• Gendersensibler development solutions and alternatives
• Ability to build networks and team structures
• Training and training expertise in the field of gender mainstreaming
